Rhonda Sexton

Rhonda joined the Gecko Hospitality team in 2005 and is currently responsible for recruiting efforts for both the Mississippi and North Florida areas. Rhonda’s passion for ensuring she matches the right candidate with the right client has been instrumental in her success. Her desire to see people succeed has led to many unforgettable relationships. She began her career in 1981 as an Office Manager and after twenty one year’s decided to “retire” and spend time traveling with her husband. She has always been in and around the restaurant industry while working with her husband Randy who has been in the industry for over 30 years. Rhonda has been fortunate to work with her son, Brandon who is also a restaurant management recruiter. Rhonda enjoys spending time with her husband along with their two sons and wives. She is an avid college basketball fan and enjoys attending games with her favorite team Duke University. She is also an unquestionable dog lover and is owned by two Welsh corgi’s, Andy and Barney and an adorable Bichon Frise, Murphy along with her African Grey parrot, Otis. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time tending the Koi pond.
