4Social Work is an award winning recruitment agency who place locum and permanent social workers in the social care sector. Working exclusively in this sector allows all members of the company to have a thorough understanding of the social care sector, and therefore understand the trials and tribulations clients and candidates go through on a daily basis.

I initially started at 4Social Work as a resourcer where my role was primarily based around the generation of new candidates to the business. Thanks to the help of a supportive management team and colleagues I have been promoted to role of recruitment consultant.

My role is a lot more challenging but also more enjoyable. Balancing the needs of the client with those of a candidate is sometimes tricky, but as a recruitment consultant I always look to do the best by both parties and I hope this shows. That is what 4Social Work’s ethos is all about. Who Cares? We do!

Outside of work I am a sports fanatic and love playing cricket and getting down to White Hart Lane in the winter to watch Spurs (don’t hold it against me!!)
