Rhythmicon

At the core of an exciting new era of bass music, Rhythmicon is held as one of Victoria’s finest selectors. With a decade of mixing experience and the crates to match, he can be found playing nightclubs, rooftop patios, festivals, lounges and virtually everywhere else.

Though known as an ambassador of dubstep, Rhythmicon’s sets now move across a full tempo range while still maintaining his characteristic reggae-infused sound. In a dubbed out blend of echos and filters, he mixes sounds from past and future, conjuring crowd excitement with morphing basslines and rhythm patterns.

Rhythmicon has played countless gigs alongside giants such as Skream, Bassnectar, Excision, The Glitch Mob, Ramadanman and Zeds Dead, has performed at festivals such as Rifflandia, Tall Tree, Ska Fest, VEMF, Transmit, Soundwave, and even placed in the finals of the 2010 Hush DJ competition. Alongside Longshanks, Eames, KMT, Frame, and Outsider, Rhythmicon throws down at Victoria’s favorite bass event SUB|DIVISION.
