I spent the first decade of my career in marketing, during which I founded my own consultancy and won the Birmingham Young Professional of the Year award for Marketing and Communications.

I changed focus in 2019 to apply my skills in a new way at technology company Vanti, where I now focus on sustainable organisational improvement and transformation. I'm also accountable for the company's evolving Diversity and Inclusion strategy.

I've got a huge interest in D&I, and genuinely believe that bringing a wider range of voices and experiences to the workplace benefits everyone. I have previously chaired committees for BPS Birmingham and Silicon Canal, have planned and hosted events for organisations including Birmingham Tech, and am involved with Birmingham's Women in Tech group.
