Originally from Augsburg, Germany, Riana has lived in the DFW Metroplex for 10 years. Upon graduating from FIDM of Los Angeles, Riana was recruited to help start the innovative mortgage company Lending.com, with Doug Van Arsdale. After 5 years in the business, she decided to take a break and use her fashion degree with Saks Fifth Avenue, but it wasn't long before the excitement of the real estate industry called her back home. By teaming up with Nathan Grace Real Estate as a Realtor she was able to fulfill her desire to help others and she couldn't find a more perfect fit.

She enjoys working tirelessly for all of her clients and believes that her integrity, passion, attention to detail, positive spirit and ability to think outside of the box is what truly sets her apart from the pack. She believes that determining the price of a home for her sellers is both an art and science and that she happens to do it better than anyone. Her Innovative and technologically advanced marketing strategies are what gets a home sold the fastest, for the most money and the least amount of stress. First time home buyers and sellers love her ability to gently walk them through the process and be there to answer any questions they may have.

Riana resides in Frisco and services the North Dallas, Collin County and Denton County areas. She enjoys golf, tennis, spending time with family and her 3 year old Yorkie named Strudel, nature, a great glass of wine, and all the exciting events DFW has to offer!

She believes that giving back is the most important reason to strive for success and is a Wish Granter with the Make-A-Wish foundation as well as a mentor to young girls.
