Riaz previously launched and sold his marketing agency (Digital Oxygen), grew a rapidly scalable cloud video advertising platform delivering multiple billions of video streams per month (First Media), built out the international services and marketing teams at Silverpop (now IBM) and transformed Profusion into a leading data science consultancy.

Riaz has a detailed knowledge of the marketing technology landscape and its interdependencies, he sat on the DMA Email Marketing Council and regularly judges its awards.
