I was born in a small town near Oporto city, in Portugal, and in 1985 I graduated in economics, by the Oporto University.

I work as a marketing and commercial consultant, with a huge experience within the wine sector. Understanding life in their myriad of forms took me to deep introspection, travelling to several countries and knowing different spiritual teachings.

In 2012 I realized that business and spirituality live together in ou workplaces, so I developped a coaching project - The Choice - corporate awareness.

I love to travel, my gym, to unify with the Isha system facets, to participate in the BIOFAO research program for a more sustainable agriculture, and to spend beautiful and happy times with my family and close friends, portuguese and brazilian included.
