Over the last 6 years, I had tremendous fun taking a part of the executive management team for a company providing technical consultancy services for the international Renewable Wind and Solar Energy sectors, exploring and implementing growth opportunities and sustaining business.

I have a passion for building, leading and coordinating qualified teams. I've done it for the last 8 years and I find it the most rewarding professional experience.

I took in charge the general management for an innovation start-up during its first 2 years. It was a great experience which helped me developed skills like innovation management, product development and creative processes. This was an experience which I would like to repeat in the future.

During almost my entire professional career I've been involved in customer relations and technical sales. Bottom line, this is what businesses are built on and I hold dear all relations that I've built with past and present customers.

Every day I try to be a transparent leader who favours hands-on experience, staff engagement and development as well as creative problem solving.

I consider myself a technical expert in wind and solar energy with recognized knowledge management skills in a globalized context.

I'm pretty confident with my experience as spokesman from several international lectures and training programs.
