RICARDO CATALÁN

Since I remember, music has been my bigger motivation. But my talents were in business and management area. That is why I studied Public Administration because I considered then the best way to share my knowledge, was working in a public institution, contributing directly to the society. Actually, I work as Start-Up Chile Regional Coordinator in Valparaíso, where I have to follow and advice to global entrepreneurs with the aim of achieving their business objectives. Also, I have to develop Social Impact activities where this entrepreneur motivates others in order to follow their own dreams and develop their business ideas.

I can say today that I complement the technics with my passion, And I explore my interests inside cultural Industry. Thinking about that purpose, I started to advise to every cultural project who needed my help, or point of view. That is why I am Mentor of the first Incubator in Chile dedicated to Creative Economy projects. There I can teach young minds to create, believe and develop their business dreams.
