Ricardo Colón

Hi! My name is Ricardo J. Colón. I am an entrepreneur with a background in engineering, programming, and marketing. My passion as an entrepreneur is in the areas education and habit formation.

In the military, I learned the value of good decision-making. My responsibilities as a leader grew over the years and so it did my desire for making better decisions and positively influencing others. When I left the service, I was reminded that the world that I live in is full of competing interests and distractions. In order to make good decisions and positively influence others, I would have to develop new skills. These skills were in the areas of communication, programming, and marketing.

I've been developing these skills for the last five years. As a result of this effort, I received an opportunity to partner with a national company to develop a few products in the area of health and fitness.

I believe that businesses exist to influence others in a positive way. My goal is to build products that produce healthy habits. I intend on doing this for the rest of my life.

Last but not least, I work on a mission in Nicaragua where we teach kids English, business, and programming. My goal is to teach people to make better decisions so that collectively we can make a better world.
