Ricardo E Uriegas

¡Hola! Mi nombre es Ricardo E. Uriegas. Tengo 35 años y actualmente estoy cursando un doctorado en Estudios del Nuevo Testamento en el Seminario Teológico de Dallas (DTS), una escuela evangélica de posgrado que afirma que Jesucristo es el único camino hacia la paz con Dios, con uno mismo y con los demás. Mi esposa y yo tenemos un corazón por la educación teológica en América Latina, y eso fue lo que nos llevó a DTS para capacitarnos.

Antes de venir a Dallas, estudié Ciencias Políticas y Relaciones Internacionales en el Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), y obtuve una Maestría en E-learning por la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). También me desempeñé como asesor de políticas públicas en el gobierno federal mexicano, coordinando proyectos de inclusión digital en contextos marcados por la pobreza y la violencia doméstica.

Me apasiona la natación, el café y las garnachas (comida callejera mexicana).

Hello! My name is Ricardo E. Uriegas. I’m 35 years old and currently pursuing a PhD in New Testament Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS), an evangelical graduate school that affirms Jesus Christ as the only way to peace with God, oneself, and one another. My wife and I have a heart for theological education in Latin America, and that’s what brought us to DTS for training.

Before coming to Dallas, I majored in Political Science and International Relations at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), and earned a Master’s degree in E-Learning from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). I also served as a public policy advisor in the Mexican federal government, coordinating digital inclusion projects in contexts marked by poverty and domestic violence.

I’m also passionate about swimming, coffee, and garnachas (Mexican street food).
