I firmly believe that words are the most powerful tool in any kind of profession. You can sell anything with the correct use of words, but as Peter Drucker said "the most important thing of a negotiation is to hear what is not said" therefore to carry out a successful negotiation you have to pay attention to what surrounds you, in fact the behavior of people can say a lot more about themselves than what they express verbally or in writing.
The personal satisfaction to achieve your goals is a unique feeling but this may feel better when you share it with someone else. This is why having a team work committed is so important. Share with them the successes and failures can make everything easier and gives you more rewards that you expected at the beginning. When you get more than one point of view, the error rate is lower and why we must always be respectful of the opinions of others considering cultural differencesand values to create a safe and harmonious work environment.
The world is changing every day and is important to be part of this change, innovate and keep up helping to create a differentiation from others allowing you to be part of a new history. Many companies seek experience in the person that they want to hire but with the speed in which the world is changing today being a young person no longer means being inexperienced because those who better manage changes in technology and new media are young people nowadays because of the innovative thinking and the way they manage and create new options and decisions.
I like to think that companies are not only a workplace but a world of new opportunities where I can develop my skills and acquire new abilities, meet interesting people who can help me to expand my network. Every person and every company are a new opportunity to grow as a person and as a professional.
