In short:
I was an Systems Administrator then become a Cloud Solution Architect. After that I was a Technical Trainer and now I'm a Systems Engineer in the Azure Infrastructure FastTrack Team.
TL;DR:
Currently I'm a Service/Systems Engineer in Azure Infrastructure FastTrack Team with the mission to help customers to build and deploy Azure solutions quickly and confidently with personalized guidance. Before of this I was:
- June/2019 - December/2019: Azure Technical Trainer teaching for developers, administrators and architects - and also learn a lot with them! (Redmond - WA - USA )
- December/2015 - June/2019: Cloud Solution Architect responsible for converting the technical requirements of projects into cloud architecture and design. I've worked bridging the gaps between complex business problems and solutions in the cloud. (Rio de Janeiro - RJ - Brazil)
- April/2003 - December/2015: I've started my journey in IT and I've worked in companies from different industries as systems administrator/service engineer with hybrid environments (Windows/Linux/OSS). Since 2012 handling those environments in cloud based architectures where I've been automating, designing cloud systems and developing their architecture driven reliability efforts including monitoring, alerting, automated deployment pipelines, failure resiliency and capacity management. (Rio de Janeiro - RJ - Brazil)
I've a special interest in Cloud Technologies, CloudOps, Reliability Engineering, Infrastrucure as a Code and Content Development.
I'm also a huge passionate by communities, tech talks and an evangelist of the DevOps culture because I understand that this is the path we should all pursue, being closer and closer to software development, not necessarily as a developer, but as a person of infrastructure who knows what a developer really needs and the ability to deliver it in a simple, autonomous and fast way.
