Ricardo Rausseo

As the director of Mecor C.A., Ricardo Rausseo oversees all commercial, business, and legal processes for the international refinery contracting company. He manages the company's full customer base and all technical and commercial proposals, including a contract involving the debottlenecking and maintenance shutdown for an upgrader plant in Venezuela. Ricardo Rausseo also oversees the functions of multiple subsidiaries, which provide a range of services to clients in the energy, mining, and ports industries.
In addition, Ricardo Rausseo serves as the president and member of the board of directors at Mecor Colombia, where he formulates commercial strategies and contributes to data-informed business development. He played a role in the early planning stages for the construction of a petroleum coke handling system for the Reficar facility, which the company handled through an alliance with Koch Minerals Colombia. Ricardo Rausseo and his team continue to manage the Reficar facility and maintain a track record of zero work accidents, process safety incidents, or environmental incidents.
Rausseo comes to his role with 30 years of experience in the petroleum industry. He earned his bachelor of science in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Florida and has attended numerous courses and seminars.
