Ricardo Rivas

Ricardo V Rivas, nominated president of the Texas Society of Enrolled Agents (TSEA) two terms in a row 2009-2011, is a federally authorized tax practicioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation. During his presidentship, Ricardo developed close connections with policy makers and executives of the IRS, along with the state leaders of each branch. In 2011 he was invited to testify in front of the Texas Congress with regards to the development of future tax laws. Ricardo V. Rivas has been rated as one of the state's leading authorities on Taxes.
