Ricardo Rivas
Ricardo V Rivas, nominated president of the Texas Society of Enrolled Agents (TSEA) two terms in a row 2009-2011, is a federally authorized tax practicioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation. During his presidentship, Ricardo developed close connections with policy makers and executives of the IRS, along with the state leaders of each branch.
