Hi, I'm Rica Mae!

I'm an Airbnb Superhost and Property Manager based in Tagaytay, Cavite.

My story started in 2021 when we listed our beach house as an Airbnb during the pandemic. We have grown 1 beach house into 13 different Airbnb units in 2023, and we have expanded into the whole hospitality industry since—restaurants, an events place, and so on and so forth.

Recently, we started managing other Filipino's properties to turn them into profitable Airbnbs and long-term rental units✨

Currently, we have managed properties in BGC, Ortigas, Cubao, and Manila.
