Ricca Louissaint

Chicagoland Area

Over 15 years of management as a SAHM has equipped me to be flexible, reliable, creative, patient, dynamic and organized. Right about now, you may be asking, "What kind of position fosters such desirable traits?" A stay at home mom of course!

The on the job training prepared me to return to college as a non-traditional student and make the most of my undergraduate experience by excelling academically, and participating in every club and organization that peeked my curiosity. Involvement fed my newly discovered insatiable need to serve, learn and evolve. My drive and commitment are contagious and my optimism nurtures and inspires others to seek their passions.

I love engaging with other "learners," and have a knack for developing solutions to perceived issues. After participating in the Washington Center Intern program in Washington, D.C.. I became the first in my family to earn a bachelor degree in Psychology with honors. As I prepare for the Law School entrance examination, I am serving as a VISTA with AmeriCorps and Illinois Campus Compact at my alma mater.
