Riccardo Ippolito

Since 1997, attorney Ricardo Ippolito has served as a Partner at Valencia, Ippolito, & Bowman, a law firm located in San Jose, California, that maintains a primary focus on criminal defense. As one of only three partners at the company, Ippolito is instrumental to its management and operations. In addition to playing this important managerial role, the attorney handles a variety of complex criminal trials. He both writes and argues motions for felony cases involving such matters as domestic violence, white-collar crimes, and assault. In 1993, Ippolito graduated with a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. While a student, he participated in the softball intramural team and served as a member of the Public Interest Law Foundation, instituting the first auction for the organization. He also worked as a professor's assistant. The attorney additionally studied accounting at San Jose State University, also in California.

The attorney serves as a member of several professional organizations. Among them are the Santa Clara County Bar Association, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, and the California Public Defender's Association. Ricardo Ippolito is admitted to the State Bar of California.
