Dr Ricci-Jane Adams is a researcher and evaluator in the arts, specialising in the qualitative study of community arts and cultural development. She has worked with organisations including Polyglot Theatre, Arts Centre Melbourne, Sydney Opera House, Arts Victoria, University of Sydney and Griffith University. Ricci-Jane is a research associate with the Centre for Cultural Partnerships, Faculty of the VCA and MCM, University of Melbourne. She currently lectures as part of the Masters of Community and Cultural Development. Ricci-Jane is a research manager in the Melbourne Graduate School of Education.
Ricci-Jane has conducted independent research and evaluation projects for internationally renowned children’s interactive and experiential theatre company, Polyglot Theatre as well as inclusive arts practitioner Jodee Mundy.
Ricci-Jane is an award winning playwright and has written and lectured on magical realist theatre.
