A C-suite executive with several decades of leadership experience, Rich Turasky has served as chief executive officer of Capital Companies since 2002. Over the past 19 years, he has led Capital Companies in development and redevelopment opportunities, new construction, and the acquisition of properties with stabilized cash flow. Recently, Rich Turasky and Capital Companies joined Huntley Investment Partners in acquiring a 60-acre property in Huntley, Illinois. The development group plans to repurpose the current outlet mall, located at the interchange of I-90 and Route 47, into more than 700,000 square feet of industrial space.

A licensed real estate management broker in the state of Illinois, Rich Turasky has been recognized with a Frank Mahoney Award and inclusion on the Who’s Who in McHenry County list. Outside his professional responsibilities, Mr. Turasky supports charitable organizations such as the Dundee Township Boys and Girls Club and United Way of Elgin. An instrument-rated pilot, he enjoys flying and playing golf in his free time.
