Rich Dixon

I am the Director of Online Learning at the Buck Institute for Education (dba PBLWorks), a recent Advisory Board Member for the Education Innovation Alliance, and former a Lecturer within the Gevirtz Graduate School of Education at UC Santa Barbara.

A bit more about me:

I have 25+ years of experience in K-higher education and a Masters of Arts in Teaching English to Students of Other Languages.

I co-founded an EdTech startup, held executive leadership positions, helped develop and launch three schools plus a campus within a campus, and launched a non-profit organization.

I have proven success in developing outstanding instructional design, mobile learning, digital badges/micro- credentials, blended learning, and innovative strategies; Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, Active conference speaker and thought leader regarding online instructional design.
