As a technical writer I've authored three books (for real companies--no vanity press here!), have hd over 250 articles published in various trade magazines, and wrote regular columns for various technical and trade magazines including Broadcast Engineering, Mix, OnSat, and Satellite Retailer magazine.

Although all of my books are long out-of-print, most are still listed on Google books: Troubleshooting and Servicing Satellite TV Systems (TAB books); the DAT Technical Service Handbook (Van Nostrum Reinhold); and, as co-author, World Satellite TV and Scrambling Methods (Baylin Publications).

I'm retired from the work-a-day grind of moving electrons around on-screen as a technical writer and as a senior studio products support engineer for Wheatstone, a North Carolina manufacturer of radio & TV studio equipment.
