No need for all the in between stuff on how to get there or step by step instructions and hand holding. Ability to figure out the best way to get from A to B and be very resourceful doing it. Goals and desires are to take a start up company from it's initial start up phase, idea stage to implementation of those ideas and then the ultimate success of the company.
