I am a specialist family lawyer and have considerable experience in all areas of family law, including the financial arrangements on divorce and separation, disputes relating to children, and issues of paternity and parentage.

I am committed to to obtaining practical and fair solutions upon separation while making the process as pain-free as possible. I am experienced at negotiating financial agreements tailored to suit a variety of individual circumstances and financial situations, as well as taking matters to court where the issues are more complex or disputed. I can also provide advice in relation to protecting wealth through pre-nuptial agreements.

I have also developed a specialism in the cutting-edge area of alternative family law, advising those who wish to start a family through non-traditional methods such as assisted reproduction, co-parenting arrangements for gay couples and surrogacy. I can also provide advice and support where those arrangements have broken down and issues as to living arrangements and financial support for the children arise.

I write regularly for leading specialist publications such as the Family Law Journal and Resolution Review. I blog on family law issues for Huffington Post UK and am an active user of social media.
