Richard Lee

Richard and Fran Lee have been long time residents of Lemoore. Richard arrived in Lemoore as a military transfer from Jacksonville, FL in 1972 and never left. Richard and Fran married after Richard graduated Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo and Fran graduated from CSU Fresno and raised two wonderful children in this beautiful community.
As the town of Lemoore grew from not having a stop light to the city it is now, Richard and Fran are aware of the many changes and history of the surrounding cities. Richard first started Real Estate in 1997 while working for a subdivison. Then in 1998 Richard and Fran took on Windtamer Tarps where they serve as CEO's and CFO for a manufacturing facility of commercial tarpaulin products. For 15 years they have grown the business and have been successful with this company. After building our own home in 2005 we felt there was a need to educate the community during the process of buying or selling their home which could be quite intimidating. So in 2012 we joined the highly progressive real estate office of Keller Williams. Since then we have enjoyed helping our clients with their real estate needs.
