Experienced and well trained employee of over 5 years in telemarketing and inside sales industry. I manage working for both outbound and inbound calls servicing different companies like Remittance and IT focusing on point of sales. The level of my communication is on upgrade and at advanced and with critical thinking skills. I do not limit on communication itself but I also integrate it with presentation, technical and business understanding, project management and teamwork.

Handling the administration of Software, Hardware, Network and Database as well as being proficient in Installation, Troubleshooting and Configuration, these would not only demonstrate additional responsibilities but to leverage my skills in problem-solving issues with PC client.
