I am an Executive Recruiter currently living in Vancouver, WA. My interests range from entrepreneurship to volunteering. I am also interested in Sourcing and Recruiting.

Even though my chosen career is recruiting my true passion is story telling. I love being able to craft a client or candidate’s narrative to provide the best possible representation of their opportunity, skill set and “who” they are. I do this by having meaningful conversations to assess the individual needs of a client or candidate beyond what can be written in a job description or a resume. As recruiting continues to go the route of automation and AI, I truly enjoy humanizing the recruiting process. The end goal of sharing a compelling, authentic story is to help someone visualize the benefit of the right employee or the right career opportunity. My focus has always been to find the top talent and match them with positions that they will love and that will ultimately enable them to realize greater success and professional aspirations driven by the need to fill critical and urgent position for my clients that make a difference to them and the professionals I bring.
