G'day, I’m Richard.

At work, I’m the Director of an innovation organisation called 'Diggerworks'.

At home - one of my main jobs is to fetch the Frisbee when the kids throw it over the neighbour's fence.

For fun - my family and I love living the Melbourne life and I am a mad keen Hawthorn supporter.

For study - I have just started a PhD on Defence Force Posture 30 years after the 1987 White Paper.
