Richard Colburn

A Global Operations executive with consistent success in driving revenue, profit, reliability and productivity gains within competitive, high-tech, customer focused production environments. Richard recently completed a U.S. Navy mobilization, to Djibouti Africa as the Director of Strategy, Plans and Policy for Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa. He has proven expertise in strategic planning, global service leadership and P&L. He also has extensive experience with asset management, manufacturing operations, contract negotiations, value propositions, startups and customer service strategic partnerships. He has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business with a double major in Finance and Operations & Information Management. His BS was in Chemical Engineering and he is graduate of the U.S. Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program.
