After serving several years as a Human Resources Professional, I founded a faith-based international leadership training organization in the United States, which was later expanded to Brazil. Graduates from our leadership organization are now living and working in multiple cities across the USA, Brazil, Mexico, Cambodia, Norway, Canada, Venezuela, and Finland.

In partnership with my wife, Jocelyn, we have published a book, The H Factor, based on our collective experiences in human resources management, education, non-profit organization leadership, and service to global communities.

I have been married 32 years and have recently relocated to Sacramento after several years living in São Paulo, Brazil. We have seven brilliant, courageous, and gorgeous children (five daughters and two sons (twins), and four precious granddaughters.
