I am a developer analyst with 7 years commercial experience predominantly in developing Microsoft applications. I have worked in financial services, energy, marketing, and foster care sectors.

A delivery focused problem solver I am at my best when taking responsibility for developing creative solutions to a broad range of business requirements. I have worked on waterfall and agile projects in teams ranging from 2 to 15 developers. I have always been a strong contributor in the planning and review processes able to take on a scrum master position and communicate effectively with all levels of business.

Having been involved in all aspects of project life cycles I have a keen interest in software architecture and am highly motivated when given exposure to this area. Confident in my abilities and open to constructive criticism I look for opportunities to grow and excel with every position.
