Richard Asiamah, widely known as Am-Alive, is a Ghanaian creative professional, educator, and founder of Words of Alive, a motivational brand that shares uplifting content and promotes resilience through storytelling and design.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) and is pursuing an MPhil in Visual Communication Studies as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE). Richard currently teaches Creative Arts and Design at Rising Academy in Kasoa, Ghana, where he also leads the school’s Creative Arts Club.

Richard’s research and creative projects often focus on visual anthropology and Ghanaian culture, particularly through multimedia documentaries and design works. His MPhil thesis explores technological innovations in traditional Ghanaian culinary practices.

Beyond the classroom, he has professional experience in videography, editing, and creative direction, working with studios such as Elikem Studios and contributing to projects for various organizations and creative platforms.
