I have a lifetime's experience in the Entertainment Industry, having been directly involved in virtually all aspects of the business. After leaving school I joined the family music business and became President of Bronze Records Inc, a multi-million dollar record company joint venture between Bronze Records and Island Records. Having learned the lessons of the business working with major artists (such as Uriah Heep, Def Leppard, Motorhead, Manfred Mann, Robbie Williams and Metallica), I moved on to the touring side of the business as a director of one of the major US concert promoters, where I had responsibility for over 1,000 major concerts annually.

On return to the UK after over a decade in the US, I established Blueprint as a software development company in 1994, creating bespoke software systems for blue chip organizations including Cable and Wireless, British Telecom, Apple Inc and GlaxoSmithKline.

Combining these two decades of experience across the Technology and Entertainment sectors, I then embarked on an ambitious research and development project to develop a new digital supply chain platform for the content industry. In addition to my work with Blueprint Digital, I am the Chief Executive Officer of Open Media Gateway, the technology partner that owns and operates this new digital distribution platform.

I am a successful entrepreneur who combines my technology skills with a strategic insight into how the constituent parts of the entertainment value chain can be best served by digital technology.
