Richard Butler-Creagh

Mainstream Management (UK) Ltd., is a property management company, and much more. Servicing the real estate industry, investors and property developers alike find everything they need at this highly respected organization. Richard Butler-Creagh, became a main shareholder and consultant at Mainstream Management in 2003, and is currently in charge of new building projects, disposals and acquisitions. This is in addition to his activities at Mainstream Commerce Finance, Ltd., which he opened in 2008. Mainstream Commerce Financial, as its name implies, is the financial arm of the business, and has successfully been facilitating funding for its clients since its inception.

Butler-Creagh's background makes him particularly well suited for his work at Mainstream. He began investing in real estate himself in the mind 1980s. At that time, he specialized in finding 'fixer uppers' – neglected or damaged properties in good locations. He found that he had a knack for renovating these properties, quickly and inexpensively, so that they would become more attractive to buyers or leasers. One successful investment followed another, and as his real estate portfolio grew, so did his expertise.

As a private investor, Richard Butler-Creagh had to make it his business to understand everything about financing. Planning, timing and negotiating the best financing packages were critical to his success. He brings all of his knowledge, and all of his long term relationships with bankers, mortgage brokers and other financial institutions, to work with him every day, using them to help his clients in any way that he can.

Richard was born in Bristol and currently resides in London with his family. In his leisure time, Butler-Creagh can often be found outdoors, participating in one of his many sporting hobbies.
