Richard is a high energy leader who is passionate about helping 'start up' businesses grow and scale.

Born in New Zealand, Richard has spent most of his working life abroad working across high growth technology businesses in Australia, United Kingdom and the United States. Richard currently resides in West Sussex, United Kingdom with his wife and two daughters.

Richard is the Chief Strategy Officer at PredictHQ and the Chairman of the Board for Etika Finance.

Richard is a keen Extreme Endurance Athlete completing many marathons, triathlons, Ironman competitions, Cross Country Skiing Races and Ultra marathons. He has completed races all around the world from the Racing the Planet's - 250km Sahara, Atacama and Patagonia Ultra Marathons; The Swiss Ironman; the Endurance Life Coastal Marathon series; the Mont Blanc Marathon ultra; the Paris, London, Berlin, Nice, Rotterdam, Brighton and Auckland road marathons; American BirkieBeiner cross country skiing race as well as many long distance ocean swimming races. Richard's most recent achievement is a 7th place finish in the Patagonia - 250km Desert Ultra Marathon in South America, and 9th Place in the UTO SwimRun championships in Sweden.
