Richard Graham is a seasoned higher education professional with over 18 years of experience in enrollment management and marketing.

Most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Strategy & Engagement at Thomas Jefferson University, an R2 National Doctoral Research University in Philadelphia, where he played a pivotal role in driving enrollment success across its 12 academic colleges and schools.

With a proven track record in managing lead acquisition and conversion strategies, Richard leverages his expertise with the Slate platform to streamline recruitment processes and improve enrollment outcomes.

Currently, Richard works as a Manager at Huron, a global professional services firm. In this role, he applies his strategic expertise to help clients achieve enrollment success by developing innovative, data-driven marketing strategies tailored to their goals.

Richard holds an MEd in Educational Leadership from Temple University and a BS in Communication from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
