Home wine making has been a passion of mine for some time now. I plan on transforming it from a hobby to a profitable winery. I do not plan on starting a vineyard. I make sweet wines from the following fruits and juices: apples, pears, Oak Island NC muscadine grapes, strawberries, peaches, mango, pomegranate, acai, and blueberries. Added ingredients I use are: cinnamon, mint, spearmint, among others. I welcome any and all advice and ideas.

I also love to sing and have been a member on singsnap since 2007.
