Richard is an experienced film-maker. His career was born out of passion for adventure, creativity and technology, and now he specialises in wildlife and observational / science documentary.
Richard is part of a new evolution of film-makers who draws upon emerging technologies to enable him to film in any given situation, with the aim of bringing engaging and challenging stories to a wider audience.
Richard formed a company (Edge 2 Edge Films ltd) with a collective in 2001.
Credits include: Discovery HD, BBC2, Five, ITV, Sony, History Chanel, Yesterday and various international news broadcasters and channels.
Richard holds extensive experience of: 4K, HD cameras, track, timelapse, sound recording, formats and codecs.

He is passionate about animal welfare and conservation.
