Richard Josephberg

Richard Josephberg is a real estate developer, and founder of the real estate company Almorli Advisors. Josephberg has over 20 years of experience in building commercial and residential real estate properties.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and another Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Cornell University.

After graduating, he started a career in the field of law. However, he realized soon that this is not his passion and started an adventure in the real estate business, with almost no experience. Josephberg relied on his knowledge about the real estate market in his native city, Port Chester, New York.

Josephberg founded Almorli Advisors in 1997. He and his dedicated team of real estate professionals, has been studying properties and cities in the United States and abroad for years in order to determine what worked and what did not. The researches have helped him to realize what drew people to a particular place. That was useful for Richard in order to make a retail, hospitality, or commercial property successful.

After gaining experience in investing and developing several commercial and retail properties in the New York area, Josephberg started building larger development projects that embodied the sense of place he wanted to offer the community.
