I have always made it my mission to always ask what, why, and how; challenging orthodoxy to achieve creativity, innovation and growth. This curiosity is driven through a passionate need to read and communicate information once I feel that I understand a challenging situation to create further learning opportunities from others interpretations on 'what's going on' or their perception of the current paradigm.

Call me a challenge junky! This is probably why I have a natural propensity towards areas related to strategy. I am driven by and get my energy from working in high performance teams with like minded individuals. The pursuit of creativity and excellence is what defines me, or as my wife describes me, I am the "battle between creativity and logic in one person" - It can be quite tiring sometimes!

I am an MBA graduate and have worked both in Australia and the United Kingdom for private and public companies. My interests and hobbies are in the fields of history, philosophy, technology, management and leadership theory, innovation, strategy, marketing, miniature painting, fishing, and rugby league and union.
