Richard Justice

I add value to organisations requiring financial or general management expertise, with business planning and budget preparation, or assistance with capital raising, being particular areas of focus. My experience is particularly relevant to companies looking to grow rapidly and I have the benefit of senior management involvement in business development, ranging from small start-ups, through to being CEO of a company listed on NASDAQ. My past roles have predominantly been in entrepreneurial, rapid growth environments, including senior management roles in businesses listed on the NZX, the ASX, ASE, TSE, International OTCQX and NASDAQ.

I’m a keen sportsman, actively competitive in cycling these days, with a background in rowing and other endurance sports such as running, triathlons and duathlons, as well as keenly following soccer and Formula 1 motorsport. I’ve competed internationally, representing New Zealand at a number of age group World Championships for Cycling, Duathlon and Triathlon. I've also had considerable sports administration experience.
