Hey, I’m Richard Komla.

International education and language professional operating at the intersection of linguistic training, academic mobility, and intercultural development in West Africa.

As Associate Director and Regional Lead of CLIRAP (Cultural Association for the Promotion of Languages, Development and Peace) in West Africa, I design and oversee strategic programs that strengthen educational pathways between Africa and Europe, particularly within German-speaking and Italian-speaking environments.

A specialist in language didactics, I also serve as an Italian (L2) instructor and certified examiner, actively contributing to the promotion and assessment of international language standards. In parallel, I coordinate ÖSD examination operations in Togo, ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and transparency in line with international requirements.

Deeply engaged in cultural mediation, I promote intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding through high-impact educational initiatives. I am also a climate advocate, committed to raising awareness and advancing sustainable, education-driven responses to environmental challenges in Africa.

My work is guided by a clear vision: to structure, connect, and transform educational opportunities across borders.
