Hello, Greetings! I’m Richard LeBoon an ICF Professional Certified Coach and designer of a Focus-Forward™ Method grounded in neuroscience research. Using evidence-based coaching we leverage the ‘Power of Mindset’ to help propel you faster and further to achieve Higher Performance on your personal and professional journey.

My unique combination as a Serial Entrepreneur, Startup Talent Advisor, and Leadership Researcher enables me to approach coaching from an integrative perspective. Hence, I understand your current challenges and issues – that is why I became a professional coach to help Startup Founders & Leaders move to a New-Level of Performance on their journey.

I graduated from the Fielding Graduate University with a Certification in Evidence-Based Coaching. I received recognition for my Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) through the International Coach Federation. I attended the University of Pennsylvania for a Master’s Degree in Organizational Dynamics. Also, I’m currently enrolled in the Ph.D. program within Organizational Development and Change at Fielding Graduate University.
