Richard Lewington is a consultant specialising in strategic communications, public affairs and international engagement, with over 20 years experience across politics, education and organisational development.

He advises organisations on strategy, stakeholder relations and communications, particularly in complex cross border settings. His work has included supporting campaigns and advocacy initiatives, establishing organisations, and managing change in environments that bring together government, business and civil society.

He has also spent two decades delivering language training and assessment support internationally, and is accredited across major English language testing frameworks. He works with AI and education technology to improve learning, evaluation and organisational effectiveness.
