I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1967 and currently reside in Sydney, Australia. I emigrated to Australia in 1994, after pursuing a career as a professional tennis player on the ATP World tour, in order to complete a Masters in Business at the AGSM in Sydney. As destiny would have it in the same year I discovered my Tai Chi Master Xie Shoude and this was to become the beginning of an incredible spiritual journey into the ancient alchemy, energy and self mastery of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Now almost 20 years on and after countless hours of extensive training, study and a multitude of first hand life and business experience I am now sharing this art and these insights with others as a Holistic Life and Spiritual-Human values coach. The most significant event in my life occurred however in 2012 when Holy man Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba entered my life and “AWOKE” me to HIS teachings and values. Since then I have been an ardent devotee of His teachings and am currently the President of a Sathya Sai devotional group in Avalon, Sydney. Within the Sai organisation I have presented at various centres and retreats in Australia,facilitated numerous workshops, including at the National Conference in Adelaide 2015 and am a moderator at this years Pre World Conference in Australia.

In December of 2014 I had the honour and unique privilege of teaching 40 boys from the SSSIHL in Puttaparthy, India these methods and philosophies of Tai Chi.

I am not a self proclaimed "Guru" and or a Master, simply a fellow spiritual aspirant who loves to share (my) lifetime of experiences, techniques and learnings (that have worked for me) for the betterment of others.
