What has always motivated me is how it feels when a group of people put their minds together and work hard towards a common goal, and succeed with flying colors. Whether that was as part of sales team, a group project at university or in sport, or teaching adult and third-level courses, nothing beats the feeling of taking on a tough challenge and attaining your goals. That is what I bring with me everywhere I go, the will to succeed and celebrate that success with my colleagues/team mates. I thrive in positive environments with hard-working and honest people.
