You will find me inside the box enjoying all the space that the outside the box thinkers have left.

I like to write, the blister on my my middle finger is testimony to this. I mostly write about Sport but I can turn my hand to anything. I even once wrote 750 words about snack machines which is harder than you think.

I have written for a number of websites, magazines and newspapers. I can count among my former employers Ladbrokes, the European Handball Federation, the International Paralympic Committee as well as a number of freelance projects.
