Richard (Ric) Dawson

Mr. Richard Morris Dawson, Ric, BAppSc (Geol.), EMBA, MAusIMM served as Managing Director of Australia Minerals & Mining Group Limited from January 10, 2011 to June 2014. Mr. Dawson served as Managing Director of Prosperity Resources Ltd., from January 2, 2003 to May 2, 2008, where he successfully managed and developed its exploration projects in Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Indonesia; including directed the advancement of the Masuparia gold porphyry Project, Indonesia; Managed, discovered and developed the Woolshed Iron Ore Project at Mt Gibson, Western Australia; Lead commercial negotiations and agreements with numerous Chinese steel companies, one of which was a subsidiary of Shougang Corporation; Played a key role in successful capital raisings for acquisitions, joint ventures and IPO's for various junior exploration companies, having worked for 10 years for one of the leading Australian broking firms. Mr. Dawson has amassed over 25 years corporate experience initially with a stockbroking firm and recently as a senior executive with several listed public companies. Mr. Dawson has significant experience in the resources industry in the managing, marketing and development of junior exploration companies. He also has experience in the Corporate Broking Sector. He served as a Director at Australia Minerals & Mining Group Limited since January 10, 2011. Mr. Dawson served as a Director of Prosperity Resources Ltd., from May 2, 2008 to August 12, 2008.
