I am an experienced senior leader and strategist. I’m expert with over 15 years in customer experience and contact centre operations management.
As a leader for TD Bank, I have been fortunate enough to contribute and deliver great results within our contact centre as well as retail banking. I believe strongly in developing our future leaders through inspiration and motivation. At the corporate level, I have had the privilege to work with very senior executives at TD Bank on the diversity initiative, in particular the Visible Minority file, promoting awareness and providing networking opportunities to visible minority senior leaders within corporate office. I give back to the community by volunteering my time to worthy causes especially for children and education.
I’ve worn many hats in my career: executive, director, senior manager, program manager, relationship manager, mentor and strategist. As a result, I have a unique ability to build partnerships, manage large businesses and navigate complex challenges.
