Richard Raddon

Richard Raddon is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of ZEFR, a company that provides technology solutions for the biggest content owners and brands on YouTube.

ZEFR allows brands to discover their most important influencers and target media against them and their audiences.

Raddon is obsessed with how technology will change traditional media. He works with ZEFR to provide a lens into culture and create tools to help franchise better connections with fans. Raddon is also responsible for leading overall strategy and operations as well as overseeing the content and distribution strategy, partnering with Hollywood studios and other media companies.

Raddon is also the Co-Founder of MOVIECLIPS, the largest video network about movies, which was sold to Fandango in April 2014.

Rich also served as the Director of the Los Angeles Film Festival and as a media Producer. Rich's producing credits include numerous commercials and music videos as well as the 2004 Lions Gate feature film, A Slipping Down Life, starring Guy Pearce and Lily Taylor.

Rich began his career as an assistant to the late writer/director/producer John Hughes in Chicago. Rich is a graduate of Brigham Young University.
